Are Directional Lunges The Way To Go?

Lunges are one of the single best ways to tone and strengthen your legs, glutes, knees, ankles, hips, heck even your core gets worked when you do lunges!  But I think most of us lunge forward and back.  WELL let's change it up!  Julie Bobek shows us how to properly perform directional lunges in this video.  And yes, she's wearing the Charlotte Running Tank :).
